Coldest Day

On the 21st of January 1940 the coldest day in Wales was recorded in Rhayader at a staggering minus 23.3 C (-9.9 f) . Now if that doesn’t make you want to run to the fireside and hunker down I don’t know what would.!
Whilst we haven’t quite reached those temperatures here at Rivervale Holidays in Doldowlod Caravan Park, we can say that minus -11.9 degrees was recorded and for me that’s quite chilly ❄️
