In addition to Doldowlod Caravan Park which is situated alongside the River Wye near Llanwrthwl, we also have static caravans at our other site near Newbridge-on-Wye. Ash Tree Caravan Park is a small peaceful static caravan park situated close to the banks of the river Ithon. It is purely for private holiday home ownership, there are no rental caravans at this site.

Builth Wells, home of the Royal Welsh Showground is just 8 miles down the road, Rhayader, gateway to the Elan Valley Dams is only 4 miles north of the park, whilst Llandrindod Wells, famous for its victorian spa history is only a few miles west.
This caravan is fully double glazed with gas central heating throughout.
The lounge is spacious and bright with fantastic views to the hills surrounding the park. There is an electric fireplace for cosy evenings.
The dining room has free standing furniture.
The light airy spacious kitchen has a large integral fridge freezer. There is also a microwave, gas oven and hob.
The master bedroom is large, bright with en suite toilet and sink. There is plenty of wardrobe storage and overhead cupboards, with added storage under the bed space. There is a vanity table, mirror and stool with power points.
The main bathroom has a large walk in shower, pedestal sink and toilet as well as a heated towel rail.
The second bedroom is a good sized twin room with wardrobe and overhead cupboards.
There is a grassed area to the front and side of the caravan so outdoor dining can be had in spacious comfort.

The season runs from 1st March through to the 2nd January.

This van will have a full gas safety check before occupancy.
Gas is piped to the van so no unsightly gas bottles.
Gas and electricity meters are read twice a year. ( January & August ).
There is no age limit on caravans on this site as long as they are regularly maintained and kept in good order.
This is not a residential site, holiday home use only.
Friends and family use only, caravans may not be rented out.
Friendly dogs are welcome.
